Mr. Sanjeev Garg
Managing Director
Mr. Sanjeev Garg is an experienced and accomplished technocrat who
possesses all the qualities necessary for a successful businessman. He
embarked on his professional journey from the shop floor and eventually
rose to the position of Managing Director at Happy Steels Private Limited in 1985, establishing it as a prominent supplier of Rear Axle Shafts in India and
abroad. With over 35 years of experience in the forging industry, Mr. Garg’s
expertise is invaluable.
In 2019, Mr. Garg ventured into new territory by founding Northstar
Autocomp Private Limited, where he has been instrumental in leading the
organization since its inception. He is the driving force behind the
continuous expansion and impressive growth of the company.
Mr. Shubham Garg
Director & CEO
Administration and Entrepreneurship from Bowling Green State University,
USA. His areas of expertise encompass operational excellence, business
development, and strategic management. He plays a pivotal role in
engaging with customers and significantly contributes to strengthening the
company’s customer profile and relationships.
As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Shubham oversees business development
efforts, fosters customer relationships, and drives continuous technological
advancements within the company. His expertise and contributions
contribute to the company’s growth and success.
